Return Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your Purchase! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer exchange/store credit within 7 days of your purchase. All items being considered for exchange/store credit must be unworn, unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear), in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. Kloset Kouture reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, is a final sale item, or is returned after the 7th day. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please allow 5-7 days from the date we receive your return for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
